Jan Dean, Ph.D. is a psychologist, yoga teacher, artist, and passionate student of the dream. She brings to her dreamwork practice decades of spiritual exploration and psychological training including, the Pathwork, Iyengar Yoga, Focusing, and Conscious Femininity. She has formally and informally worked with a variety of dream teachers. After ten years working with dreams in a more interpretive, analytic dream group, she began to yearn for a more intimate exploration of her dreams. She then discovered Natural Dreamwork, a more embodied approach. After seeing how Natural Dreamwork allowed her to delve deeper into her own dreams, she decided to train as a practitioner. She loves helping people bring their dreams to life by stepping into and alongside their felt experience, exploring their dreamscape. As a psychologist, she also integrates a sensitivity and knowledge of trauma-informed care to her sessions.
