The darkening days offer us a chance to contact hidden depths. In these depths, we can clarify our inner vision, hang with the shadows, and maybe touch the formless void at the center of being (it's chill). 

So, as we move towards the winter solstice, I'm excited to share a series of 3 drop-in online workshops I'm co-facilitating along with somatic practitioner Jennifer Campolo that will delve into these depths through dreamwork, somatic meditations, Jewish wisdom, poetry and self-expression. 

Dec 7 – Drop into the fertile darkness to find deeper ground within (“Roots”)
Dec 14 – Connect the depths to daily life and your chosen direction (“Branches”)
Dec 21 – See through binaries to seed new potentials and dreams ("(Re)generation")

Alexander Nemser

Alexander Nemser is writer, poet, facilitator, and Natural Dreamwork practitioner-in-training under the mentorship of Laura Smith-Riva. He has worked one-on-one with Natural Dreamwork founder Rodger Kamenetz for over three years. In 2023, he completed the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. A published poet and author, Alexander leads workshops on creative spirituality weaving together Jewish mysticism, poetry, guided meditation, and jokes.
