“I don’t know who…or what…put the question, I don’t know when it was put.  I don’t even remember answering.  But at some moment I did answer Yes to Someone – or Something…and from that hour I was certain that existence is meaningful and that, therefore, my life, in self-surrender, had a goal.

~Dag Hammarskjöld

Such simplicity and potency in saying yes…

When we say yes we begin to lay down how we believe things ought to be, open our hearts and our minds to consider that there may be another way…a deeper way. As we begin to say yes we also begin to align ourselves with this deeper way, not through our intellect and mind but through our heart and our soul, both of which are our true selves.

This alignment happens when we say yes to working with our dreams, something unexpected and even life changing. We make the frightening and breathtaking decision to trust who and what is coming to us each night in our dreams. We find that the yes in our dreams brings to each of us what is unique and personally meaningful.

In our willingness we take a step through a doorway…across a threshold that leads to…well, it will be different for each of us…because it leads us to our true selves…our soul selves …an us beyond what we could have even imagined.
